• Delivery is available within specific areas in Warangal.
• Customers must check the list of products and expiry dates before the delivery boy leaves the premises. Once the delivery is confirmed, no claims regarding missing or expired items will be accepted.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices listed on the website are final and subject to change based on market rates.
• Payments can be made through Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, or online payment methods (if available).

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

• No refunds will be issued once the package is opened.
• If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, you must notify us at the time of delivery before the delivery boy leaves.
• Refunds or replacements are applicable only if the issue is reported before accepting the order.

5. Reward Points Program

• Customers earn reward points on every purchase.
• Reward points can be redeemed on future purchases as per the terms set by Smart Kiranama.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once out for delivery, cancellations are not allowed.
